1. If you are just visiting the website - none of your data is processed.
2. If you make a donation to Edensoft Apps, through a crowdfunding platform or by sending a bank transfer, your data will be processed for only one purpose: fulfilling tax obligations as required by the Polish law.
The exact data being processed is:
- [in case of sending a bank transfer] your full name
- [in case of donating through a crowdfunding platform] your full name (if provided) or the username of your account on a crowdfunding platform that you used to send a donation
- date of each of your donation, together with the donated amount (after deducing all platform and transaction fees [if applicable], and after currency conversion to Polish złoty, if needed)
3. Your data is deleted after it no longer serves the aforementioned purpose.
4. The data administrator is Piotr Duda, the owner of Edensoft Apps website at edensoft-apps.org.
5. The legal basis of this notice informing you about what kinds of your data are collected and processed, when, for what purposes and for how long, is Regulation (EU) 2016/679, known as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
